In the evolving landscape of workplace diversity and inclusion, understanding and embracing neurodiversity has become a critical component of creating a supportive and productive work environment.

This Effective Strategy Forum, eligible for 1 CPD hour, is designed to enlighten employers on the nuances of neurodiversity, focusing specifically on ADHD and Autism, and how to harness the unique strengths and talents of neurodiverse team members.

About the Speaker:

Mandi Parkin has been a champion for inclusion, accommodation and belonging since she started her career almost 15 years ago. Her passion for inclusivity and belonging came full circle when she received her ADHD diagnosis in 2022, at the age of 35. Now, Mandi draws on her years of experience as an employment support professional, and her lived experience with ADHD, to increase awareness and understanding of neurodiversity and foster neuroinclusive environments, where everybody can contribute and succeed regardless of thinking style.
